Kitchen confidence for life. Students learn kitchen fundamentals, nutrition, food culture, and recipe development — culminating in a real student-run dining event.
Life Skills
The adulting curriculum schools forgot. Financial literacy, communication, time management, health, and civic life — everything students need but were never formally taught.
Entrepreneurship
From idea to execution. Business basics, branding, pitching, and product development — capped with a live Junior Pitch Competition open to the school community.
